by a local Tom cat, he's not fixed, and he just seems to hate Martha. A few times i've had to rescue her from him. I've not actually seen him attack her but have seen him standing infront of her swishing his tail, and Martha looking terrified frozen to the spot, she cries out in fear. He never seems to bother Lexi or Molly infact sometimes he comes in the garden and plays with them. I want to discorage him from coming into our garden but not sure how to do it. This morning he had her cornered and i actually had to pick her up to bring her in because although he ran off Martha would not move to come in . I do wonder if he did attack her this morning before i got there because she's not wanted to go out all day and normally she likes to lie in the front garden, she does not often move from the garden she just likes to be there

Get yourself a water pistol and aim it at him when he does something wrong. You will have to be a good shot so that Martha does not think it is aimed at her. He should soon get the picture.
This is the way I trained our Daisy. She would come into the room, go to the settee and start to scratch. After one water shot she came in, walked to the settee, turned to look at us and as soon as she saw our hands going towards the pistol, she was away as fast as her legs could carry her. Mind, she was a clever cat. Wish she was still with us.

i was thinking of that but wondered if it was ok . I don't mind him being there when he's behaving but not when he upsets Martha
